Everest
- What is Everest?
Everest Auto Solutions builds software for specialized automotive work. QUICKCompare finds what insurance cut from your estimate, VINReveal decodes a car's factory build from its VIN, and PDR Command Center runs a PDR shop from the first dent to the tech's paycheck.
- Why Everest instead of generic software?
Everest is built only for automotive work, by people who've run PDR, Collision, and Calibration shops. Each tool is built around how a shop already runs, so there's less to set up and less to work around.
- Do I have to use every Everest tool?
No. Each tool works on its own. Start with the one you need and add the others when you want them.
QUICKCompare
- What is QUICKCompare?
QUICKCompare reads your estimate and the insurance supplement and shows every line they cut, and by how much, in under a minute. It works across CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, and Mobile Tech RX.
- How is QUICKCompare priced?
By how many comparisons you run a month. Founding prices:
- Essentials: up to 60 comparisons a month, $299
- Executive: 61 to 120 comparisons a month, $399
- More than 120 a month: priced with our team
Extra comparisons come in packs of 10. Your first 3 comparisons are free.
- Do I need PDR Command Center to use QUICKCompare?
No. QUICKCompare works on its own.
- Why not just put my estimates into a general AI chatbot?
An estimate carries your customers' names, phone numbers, addresses, VINs, and claim numbers. Pasting it into a consumer chatbot sends all of that somewhere you don't control, and you're responsible for where it goes.
A chatbot guesses. It writes a new answer each time you ask, so it can miss a cut, invent one, or add the totals wrong, with no way to tell which time it did.
QUICKCompare doesn't guess. It reads both estimates line by line, pairs the matching operations, and calculates each cut with fixed rules. Every cut shows the estimate lines or totals it came from.
Your estimates stay private. They're stored in a private, access-controlled system that only your shop and Everest can reach, and they never train anyone's model.
VINReveal
- What is VINReveal?
VINReveal decodes a VIN into the car's factory build: the paint code, the ADAS systems and where their sensors sit, the trim package, and every factory option.
- How is VINReveal priced?
$3 a VIN, sold in packs of 10. Your first 3 VINs are free.
- Do I need a subscription to use VINReveal?
No. You only pay for the VINs you run.
PDR Command Center
- What is PDR Command Center?
It runs a PDR shop from the first dent to the tech's paycheck: estimates on your phone or at your desk, scheduling, splitting the work across your techs, invoicing, and tracking what each tech has earned.
- Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. PDR Command Center syncs with QuickBooks, and QuickBooks stays your accounting system.
- What if I need more techs during a hail event?
Add technician seats month to month at $25 each, and remove them when the storm's over. You're not locked into annual licenses.
Pricing and Founding Partner
- Is there a free trial?
Yes. PDR Command Center is free for 14 days, VINReveal includes 3 free VINs, and QUICKCompare includes 3 free comparisons. No credit card to start.
- Is Founding Partner pricing available forever?
No. It's available while the Founding Partner window is open, then standard pricing takes over. A founding price you've locked holds for 24 months from the day you activated it.
- Where can I see the full Founding Partner details?
The Founding Partner page covers how it works, the 24-month price lock, and the fine print.
What's next
- Will Everest add more tools?
Yes. More tools are on the way, and Founding Partners get early access to eligible ones.
- Will the tools work together?
That's the plan: one Everest account, with the tools working together as more are added.
