About Everest

Meet the founders

Three people who've spent decades in collision, calibration, and software — now building the platform they always wanted on the floor.

Chad Luellen

Chad Luellen

Co-Founder & CTO

With nearly 25 years of experience in web development, software engineering, technical leadership, advanced SEO, and enterprise e-commerce, Chad brings the technical horsepower behind the platform. Before Everest, he operated his own consulting LLC, helping businesses with enterprise web development and SEO strategy. He has also held senior web and e-commerce roles with Music Group Services US, Tommy Bahama, ExOfficio, and Roadside Multimedia.

At Everest, Chad leads the software engineering, technical architecture, infrastructure, and algorithm development behind tools like QUICKCompare and VINReveal. He is known for taking big business ideas, breaking them down into clean technical logic, and building software that actually works the way people need it to.

Chad cares about eliminating friction — in workflows, systems, and data — through software that is fast, accurate, and built with purpose. His focus is precision, real-world utility, and technical integrity over hype.

Outside of Everest, Chad plays bass and guitar in a band, loves to cook, brews hard cider, and collects bourbon.

Joe Brookhart

Joe Brookhart

Co-Founder / Technical Development & Industry Solutions

Joe Brookhart brings a rare mix of collision experience, technical knowledge, and “let's actually figure this out” energy to Everest. He spent 10 years running operations inside a large MSO before helping grow Summit Auto Calibration over the last 4.5 years.

Joe also serves as a Governing Council Member for the SCRS ADAS Repair Division, a role that reflects his deep involvement in safe repairs, ADAS procedures, and the future of collision repair technology.

At Everest, Joe helps with development, testing, problem solving, and making sure the software works in the real world — not just on paper. He also runs Summit Auto Calibration, where he deals with electrical diagnostics, ADAS issues, customer communication, and the kind of complicated vehicle problems that make most people want to walk away.

Joe is especially involved in the Collision Command Center, VIN Reveal, and QuickCompare. He is known for solving hard problems, understanding the technical side of repairs, and helping turn real industry headaches into software that actually helps.

Outside of work, Joe is a husband and father of two.

Casey Brothers

Casey Brothers

Co-Founder / Systems & Operations

Casey Brothers has spent more than 25 years in the automotive world, from being a co-owner in Dent Terminator to co-owning Summit Auto Calibration and helping build Everest from the idea stage up.

At Everest, Casey is the “how does this actually need to work?” person. She helps design the flow, research the details, and turn messy shop problems into systems that make sense. She is heavily involved in the PDR Command Center and AfterCrash, with a focus on making tools that are useful, practical, and built around real shop life.

Casey is direct, detailed, and usually the one pointing out the thing everyone else missed. She takes pride in helping shops work smarter while still doing things the right way, especially when it comes to OEM procedures and proper repair processes.

Outside of work, Casey is a wife and mom of two amazing boys.
